What can you expect in the first 6 months?
- Telephonic training from any location in the US Training or at AHCR corporate office in San Juan Capistrano, California
- Ongoing training and mentoring for one year with Bill Frey
- Your company will be up and running developing clients and candidates
After 6 months:
- A pipeline is building and your skills are growing
- Continued training with Bill Frey
- The placements begin to occur and revenue flows
After one year:
- Fully trained and placing 6 to 10 physicians every 12 months earning approximately $100,000 to $200,000
- A strong growing relationship with The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters
- Excellent potential of long term success in healthcare recruiting
This opportunity requires the following to be successful:
- 4 to 6 months of personal income to sustain you while the business is established
- Three hours of training over two days each week for three or four weeks telephonically or at corporate offices in San Juan Capistrano, California
The investment: We offer two programs
For the newcomer to healthcare recruiting and business ownership your investment is $4,000 payable in four allotments. $1000 prior to your start date and $1000 after each of the first three weeks of training done telephonically from any location in the US or at AHCR corporate office in San Juan Capistrano. You will receive 12 hours of training. Additionally six $500 future payments (a total of $3000) to AHCR are due with the completion of and with each of your first six placements. Admission to The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is secured upon completion of training and recommendation.

For the experienced recruiter (non-healthcare) or business person your investment is $2000 Payable in two allotments, $1000 prior to your start date and $1000 after the first week. You will received 9 hours of training telephonically from any location in the US or AHCR corporate office in San Juan Capistrano, California. Additionally six $500 future payments (a total of $3000) to AHCR are due with the completion and with each of your first six placements. Admission to The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is secured upon completion of training and recommendation.

The deliverable:
In three to four weeks you will be a well trained healthcare recruiter prepared to work for a company or immediately open your own. This is not an offer to work for AHCR. You shall receive a letter of recommendation for hire or an endorsement from Bill Frey to join The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters; www.nchcr.com. Bill is the co-founder of this growing Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. Bill Frey will also be available to assist you and answer questions by email or telephone for one year at no additional charge. You will have all the necessary tools and resources needed to make placements in the first year and a six figure income in your second year of healthcare recruiting.
